The 25t regenerative rectangular aluminum melting furnace is mainly used for melting, batching, and insulation of waste aluminum and recycled materials. This project is specially designed for the melting of remelted aluminum ingots and the supply of aluminum liquid to the insulation furnace. It uses wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant refractory materials.

1. We shall ensure that the quality of the supplied products meets the design, construction, and usage requirements;
2. We shall dispatch experienced technical personnel to provide free on-site guidance and solve any problems discovered during the equipment installation and trial operation process until the trial operation and quality assurance period is 12 months from the date of equipment commissioning. If any manufacturing quality problems occur during the quality assurance period, we'll be responsible for free repair or replacement. We can provide paid services in case of problems arising from improper use by the buyer.
3. We shall provide on-site services during the installation process of their products and effectively supervise the installation quality.
4. During the warranty period, if any manufacturing quality problems are found during the operation of the equipment, we shall respond within 8 hours after receiving the buyer's letter or telegram, and arrive at the site within 24 hours( in China) to solve the problem free of charge until the problem is eliminated. For foreign customers, we will initiate remote assistance within 24 hours to try to solve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will arrange for a dedicated person to go abroad as soon as possible to assist in resolving the issue until it is resolved.
5. We shall bear the responsibility for the relevant process guarantee. If there is a deviation in operational performance during the warranty period, we'll do our best to collect the necessary data, identify the problem, conduct further analysis, and make necessary modifications to meet the process performance parameters.
