1. Our commitment is to ensure that the quality of the products we supply aligns perfectly with all design specifications, construction standards, and usage requirements;
2. Our team will dispatch seasoned technical experts to provide complimentary on-site guidance, addressing any issues encountered during equipment installation and trial operations. This support extends until successful trial completion and for an assured quality period of 12 months post-commissioning. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, we pledge to offer free repair or replacement services. Additionally, we offer paid support for issues stemming from improper use by the buyer.

4. Throughout the warranty period, should any manufacturing quality issues be identified during equipment operation, we guarantee a response within 8 hours upon receiving notification from the buyer. We will be on-site within 24 hours (within China) to resolve the issue at no charge, continuing our efforts until full resolution. For international clients, we initiate remote assistance within 24 hours; if unresolved remotely, we will promptly deploy a dedicated personnel to provide on-site assistance overseas until the problem is fully rectified.
