Our commitment extends through the trial operation and includes a robust quality assurance period of 12 months from the date of equipment commissioning. Should any manufacturing quality issues emerge during this period, we pledge to carry out repairs or replacements at no cost to you. During the warranty period, if any manufacturing quality issues are detected during the equipment's operation, we promise a swift response within 8 hours of receiving your notice via letter or telegram. For our valued international customers, we will launch remote support within 24 hours to address the issue. If remote solutions are insufficient, we will arrange for a dedicated expert to travel abroad promptly, ensuring the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
