This support continues throughout the 12-month quality assurance period, beginning from the equipment commissioning date. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise during this time, we will repair or replace the items at no cost. For issues stemming from improper usage by the buyer, we offer expert services for a nominal fee.

4. Throughout the warranty period, should any manufacturing quality issues emerge during equipment operation, we assure you of our swift response. Within 8 hours of receiving your communication (letter or telegram), we will address the issue. Our team will be onsite within 24 hours (for locations within China) to resolve the problem free of charge, persisting until it is entirely rectified. For international clients, we will initiate prompt remote assistance within 24 hours, diligently attempting to resolve the issue. If unresolved, we will dispatch a dedicated specialist overseas at the earliest opportunity, ensuring thorough resolution.

Should any deviations in operational performance arise during the warranty period, we will proactively gather pertinent data, identify issues, conduct a thorough analysis, and implement necessary modifications to ensure conformity with process performance parameters.
