2. We are dedicated to sending seasoned technical experts for complimentary on-site guidance during equipment installation and initial operation. Our support will continue throughout the 12-month trial and quality assurance period, starting from the equipment commissioning date. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, we will promptly offer free repairs or replacements. For issues due to improper use by the buyer, we provide additional services at a reasonable fee.
