1. We are committed to ensuring that the quality of our supplied products meets all design, construction, and usage requirements, assuring you of our utmost dedication to excellence.
2. Our experienced technical personnel will be dispatched to provide complimentary on-site guidance, tackling any issues encountered during equipment installation and trial operation. This service is available throughout the 12-month quality assurance period from the commissioning date. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, we will offer free repairs or replacements. For any problems emerging due to improper usage by the buyer, we are ready to offer our services on a paid basis.
3. We will deliver outstanding on-site services during the installation phase to meticulously oversee and ensure the highest installation quality of our products.
4. During the warranty period, if manufacturing quality issues are detected in the equipment operation, we pledge to respond within 8 hours of the buyer's notification and arrive on-site within 24 hours (within China) to resolve the issue at no cost until it is fully rectified. For international clients, we will commence remote assistance within 24 hours to address the problem. Should remote solutions prove insufficient, we will promptly arrange for a dedicated team member to travel abroad to assist in resolving the issue, ensuring complete resolution.
