Product Description

The high-efficiency energy-saving and ultra clean technology burner with ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions is based on the technical principle of optimizing the combustion technology and combustion system of industrial furnaces and heating furnaces. Through the combination of staged combustion, multiple combustion, oxide supply, flame plasticity of braze bricks, flue gas reflux, ultra adiabatic combustion and other technologies, the flame center temperature or local high temperature is reduced to achieve ultra-low NOx emissions.

3. Ultra low NOx burner characteristics

1) Disperse the fuel in space for supply, effectively reducing the temperature at the center of the flame.;
2) Stable flame, mixed with secondary gas for further combustion, promoting complete combustion;
3) The flue gas will undergo heat exchange, transferring heat to the gas and combustion air.--an increase in inlet temperature will enhance combustion;
4) The effect of the shape of the brazier brick on fluid flow can intervene in the shape of the spreading flame;
5) By switching the fuel supply on the ring according to specific rules, a swirling flame can be achieved, which can avoid furnace flame erosion.

After Sales Service

1. We shall ensure that the quality of the supplied products meets the design, construction, and usage requirements;

We shall dispatch experienced technical personnel to provide free on-site guidance and solve any problems discovered during the equipment installation and trial operation process, until the trial operation and quality assurance period is 12 months from the date of equipment commissioning. If any manufacturing quality problems occur during the quality assurance period, we'll  be responsible for free repair or replacement. We can provide paid services in case of problems arising from improper use by the buyer.

3. We shall provide on-site services during the installation process of their products and effectively supervise the installation quality.

4. During the warranty period, if any manufacturing quality problems are found during the operation of the equipment, we shall respond within 8 hours after receiving the buyer's letter or telegram, and arrive at the site within 24 hours( in China)  to solve the problem free of charge until the problem is eliminated. For foreign customers, we will initiate remote assistance within 24 hours to try to solve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will arrange for a dedicated person to go abroad as soon as possible to assist in resolving the issue until it is resolved.

5. We shall bear the responsibility for the relevant process guarantee. If there is a deviation in operational performance during the warranty period, we'll do our best to collect the necessary data, identify the problem, conduct further analysis, and make necessary modifications to meet the process performance parameters.
