1. We commit to ensuring that the quality of the products we supply meets the highest standards of design, construction, and usage requirements, delivering excellence with every product.
2. We promise to send experienced technical experts to offer complimentary on-site guidance to address any challenges encountered during the installation and trial operation phases. This support continues throughout the 12-month trial operation and quality assurance period following equipment commissioning. Should any manufacturing quality issue arise within this period, we take full responsibility for free repairs or replacements. For issues stemming from improper use by the buyer, we also offer our services at a nominal fee.
3. We are dedicated to providing on-site assistance throughout the installation of our products, ensuring excellence in installation quality through vigilant supervision and support.
4. During the warranty period, if any manufacturing quality concerns are detected during equipment operation, we pledge to respond within 8 hours of receiving notification and to be on-site within 24 hours (within China) to resolve the issue at no charge, ensuring complete resolution. For our international clients, we will initiate remote assistance within 24 hours to attempt to resolve the issue. If further action is needed, we will promptly dispatch a specialist abroad to provide dedicated support until the issue is satisfactorily resolved.
5. We accept full responsibility for process guarantees. Should any deviation in operational performance occur during the warranty period, we will diligently gather the necessary data, identify and analyze the issue, and implement essential modifications to meet the required process performance parameters, ensuring optimal operation.
